Who do you work with?
Businesses and other organizations of different sizes and across many industries. HMTZ Tech works with businesses in Minneapolis, the Twin Cities, and beyond. We offer remote and phone consultations, with in-person meetings available in Minnesota at your office or another convenient location by arrangement. Projects are run in English, and prices are in US dollars.
Do I need a detailed brief before contacting you?
No. A short description of what you want to improve is enough. We will work out the details together.
What happens after I get in touch?
We reply by email. If the project looks like a good fit, we arrange a conversation to understand your needs, then send a written proposal with the scope, price, and estimated schedule. Nothing is agreed until you approve it.
Can you improve an existing website or system?
Often, yes. Redesigns use the same package ranges as new websites. Existing systems, and sites built by other providers, are reviewed first so we can give you an accurate picture.
Are the Showcase projects real client work?
No. They are HMTZ Lab concepts: fictional businesses designed to show our approach. Client work will only be published with the client’s permission.
