E-commerce is a different kind of project, built to sell online, rather than a higher website tier. Platform, domain, and payment fees are paid by you directly.
When is custom software the better choice? When your process is specific enough that a website or off-the-shelf tool will not do, such as managing jobs, bookings, staff, or customer records in one system. Complex projects are reviewed in detail first, because features, integrations, and security needs can change the size of the work considerably.

Business automation, integration, and AI projects do not have fixed packages; each is quoted after an assessment. Smaller integrations can be included in a website or software project. See Business Automation & Integrations and AI Solutions & Integrations.
Optional care after launch. Maintenance focuses on real value: health and contact-form checks, backup verification, uptime monitoring, domain and SSL expiry monitoring, and security updates when applicable. Care plans are for websites; support for custom software is agreed as part of each software project.

Small content changes are handled within your plan's monthly hours. Basic Care includes no editing hours, and changes beyond a plan are quoted separately. New pages and major features are always quoted as separate work.

Third-party fees such as hosting, domains, paid plugins or apps, Shopify subscriptions, and payment processing are separate. Copywriting, photography, and brand identity are available as add-ons. The full list is shown above.
No. Care plans are optional. They suit organizations that want regular checks, backups, and small content changes handled for them after launch.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional rounds can be added as a paid option, and no package includes unlimited revisions.
Ownership and licensing are defined clearly in each project agreement.
