This website, hmtztech.com, is operated by HMTZ Tech LLC (“HMTZ Tech”, “we”, “us”), based in Minnesota, United States. These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Client projects are governed by separate agreements

These terms cover the website only. They do not form a contract for any project. If you engage HMTZ Tech, a separate written project agreement covers that project, including scope and deliverables, pricing and payments, revisions, intellectual property ownership, reusable software and frameworks, licensing, maintenance, and cancellation and refunds. If these terms conflict with a project agreement, the project agreement governs that project.

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either of us to go ahead with a project.

Information and pricing on this website

Prices on this website are published working ranges in US dollars and are indicative. A final price is confirmed only in a written proposal after the scope is agreed. We aim to keep information accurate and current but may update it at any time. Website content is general information about our services and is not professional advice for your situation.

Projects labeled “Concept · HMTZ Lab” are original design concepts using fictional businesses and data. They are not client projects, live products, or completed deliveries.

The text, design, concept screens, and HMTZ Tech logo on this website belong to HMTZ Tech LLC or are used under license. The images on this website are original images created by or for HMTZ Tech LLC, images generated with artificial intelligence tools for HMTZ Tech LLC and used under those tools’ terms, or images used under license from their providers. Third-party materials, including licensed images and other companies’ names and trademarks, belong to their owners; we do not claim ownership of them.

This does not prevent a claim from being brought in another court that has jurisdiction.

If you use this website as a consumer, you keep any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
